Ahmed Benbitour ((アラビア語:أحمد بن بيتور)) (born June 20, 1946) is an Algerian politician who was Prime Minister of Algeria from 1999 to 2000.
==Life and career==
Born at Metlili, Ghardaïa in Chaamba Arab tribe, Benbitour graduated from Université de Montréal in 1984 with a Ph.D. in Economics.
